My journey in healthcare began in 2005, when I spent two summers volunteering at a regional hospital. It was my first real exposure to patient care and the extraordinary commitment physicians and nurses make to keep their patients healthy. That experience sparked a lasting interest in healthcare and the systems that support it.

In 2010, I began my professional career in healthcare working in the billing department for a national laboratory. This role provided an early understanding of the operational and financial backbone of healthcare and what happens behind the scenes to ensure care is delivered and reimbursed properly.

Over the next decade, I continued to grow my career on the payer side of the industry, working across multiple functions and leadership roles. This experience gave me a comprehensive view of the healthcare ecosystem, including how providers, insurers, data, and operations intersect to influence patient outcomes.

In 2020, I became a Director at a national health insurer where I led initiatives in Quality Improvement and Medicare Stars performance. The work focused on helping improve care for the aging population by strengthening provider engagement, closing care gaps, and ensuring patients received high quality preventive and chronic care services.

In 2021, I co-founded a health technology startup focused on social determinants of health and health equity. Our platform identified social risk factors affecting patients and connected them to resources and services that could support their health and well-being.

These experiences ultimately led to the founding of First Line Advisory in October 2025. Today, I bring together experience across providers, payers, and healthcare technology to help organizations navigate complex challenges with clarity and precision. My focus is not simply on analysis or recommendations, but on helping leaders understand where they are winning, where they are losing, and how to move forward with confidence. Through First Line Advisory, I partner with healthcare organizations that are committed to improving performance, strengthening operations, and ultimately delivering better outcomes for the communities they serve.
